Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) took action against 331 listed companies. These were shell companies, non-trading companies used as a vehicle for various financial manoeuvres or kept dormant for future use in some other capacity. The aim behind this move is to curb black money menace in the country. Most of these scripts will not be able for trading at least for this month. There are several IT companies also, among the list of 331 companies.
Here are 8 IT companies that have been barred from the trading by SEBI:
Shyama Infosys Ltd
This company commenced in the year 1996 and is an IT company and also serves in healthcare center. It is a small cab company.
Unisys Software and Holding Industries
Unisys Software is a company trading mobile applications and softwares. Along with this, it also has a business dealing in trading of mutual funds and shares.
This is a Chennai based company and is said to specialize in various web designing and system integrating services.
Its website also claims to provide ‘total IT solutions’.
Avance Technologies Ltd
The company has a mobile marketing suite. It claims to help “companies of all sizes harness the power of mobile to reach their customers”.
SGN Telecoms was incorporated in the year 1986 and deals in telecom cables
FCF Software Solutions
It is a provider of IT services. In the areas of e-learning, digital content services, IT consultancies and product engineering services; the company provides solutions.
Svam Software Ltd
Svam Software Ltd deals in software development. It is engaged sale purchase of computer related hardware and accessories.
SMS Texsoft (India) Ltd
SMS Texsoft (India)Ltd was incorporated in the year 1985 and deals in software development business.
