SLIM TRIM AND CONFIDENT

Fitness is important for a woman these days and being fit has become an essential part of daily life. A good appearance is half battle won and as work is becoming more and more stressful this is affecting women’s body in a bad way. The stomach is one part of a woman’s body which has the tendency to get really out of control due to many reasons, especially when a woman gives birth. Now, no one can expect a woman to have six pack abs which so many celebrities tend to have and run a household simultaneously, but they have a huge support staff and other facilities which a modern working women may not have. But with a few simple exercises one can easily cut the flab and look and feel great.

But before I mention the exercises which will cut the flab you would have to take a few things into consideration for a successful outcome.

  1. There are many exercises to cut flab, but first consult a dietitian and get yourself into a diet program which suites your body because proper diet is must.
  2. If you want to join a gym just do not go and join any gym in your neighborhood. Make sure it has proper trainer and the right equipment. Otherwise simple with exercises you can burn fat in the comfort of your own home
  3. If there is too much fat in your belly, there could be other reasons also like weak metabolism, hormonal change etc. So it would be wise to consult your gynecologist and if you have any back problems your physiotherapist if possible.

Now the exercises which is going to reduce your fat and make you feel strong and confident again

  1. Walk it off

They say before you lose fat first you walk it off and believe it, in order to burn stomach fat you better have strong legs.

To have strong legs go for a nice long brisk walk early in the morning which will give also boost to your body and it is good for the blood circulation.

Walking is good for your entire body and makes your leg muscles strong which is going to play an important role in the reducing the fat.

  1. Crunch the fat

Stomach crunches are one of the best exercises to make your waist look thinner. Just lay down on the floor and

fold your legs and left your torso and try to touch take your head as close to your knees.

Simply lie down on the floor and lift your head and support your head with both your hands and then

lift both legs and make circular motion like riding a bicycle. This will put stress on your stomach and burn the fat.

Also since you have been taking a long walks your strong legs will now come into play.

  1. Use your chair as an exercise equipment

Sit on the chair with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed. Keep both hands beside you with your palms by the side of your hips, facing downward. Inhale deeply because proper breathing is must. Now as you exhale, bring both your legs upwards such that your knees are close to your chest. Hold for 5 seconds. Don’t bend forward and arch your back. Bring down your leg slowly and repeat again.

  1. Swimming

If you have a swimming pool near your house or in your apartment building than nothing like it.

Even if you go for swimming 3 times in a week for 30 minutes it will go a long way in making

your body fit and tight.

  1. Cycling

If you have a bicycle then use it as it will make your legs stronger which as mentioned above is very

important when doing exercises specifically targeted to reduce the stomach flab.

  1. Gym

Be very careful which gym you choose because in the process of exercising with a trainer who is either inexperienced or is just their because he may have good physic because having a good physic does not qualify someone to guide you.
